Assistloft uses cookies and similar browser storage (such as your browser's local storage) for essential site functionality and user preferences. We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies on the public website.

Our Chat Widget On Other Websites
Businesses that use Assistloft can add our chat widget to their own websites. When you chat on one of those websites, the widget stores the same chat session items listed above in your browser for that website. They are used only to keep your chat working. The business that runs the website is responsible for its own cookie notice and privacy policy.
Links From The Chat Widget
The "Powered by Assistloft" link in the chat widget adds tags to the end of the link address (sometimes called UTM tags). They include the widget's ID, a public code that shows which business's chat the visit came from. These tags do not set cookies and do not identify you personally. We do not currently run analytics on our website, so they are not collected. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Analytics And Marketing
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and add appropriate consent controls before enabling non-essential cookies where required.
Your Choices
